NSAR Chief Executive, Neil Robertson is the first speaker today at the Rail Skills and Workforce Development Forum taking place at the Addleshaw Goddard in London.
The event seeks to provide the latest insight on the current skills gap, explore how to support the development of your new and existing workforce, and explore the additional incentives to young workers, including new apprenticeships schemes and programs.
Neil delivered a presentation on the the current skills shortage in the rail sector – including examining the next steps needed, exploring future demands and creating more apprenticeship.
