Last night NSAR meet with Rail Innovation Group at there summer meet at Pracedo premises in Soho. Lead by Liam Henderson (Founder & Chair of The Rail Innovation Group & Transporting Cities), the event saw individuals from the rail and periphery gather to network, share ideas and discuss innovations which impact the industry.
Presentations delivered by Aoife Considine (Fleet Engineering Manager) and Karan Suri (Head of Pricing & Technology)Â from Heathrow Express (HEX) focused on the service, the impending impact of Cross Rail and HS2 as well as initiatives surrounding staff well-being.
After, the group discussed answers to the following questions:
- What else can we do to innovate in the field of workplace wellbeing in the rail industry?
- How do we better engage with technology in the rail sector to meet customers\’ changing needs?
