NSAR’s QA team continuously strives for excellence to ensure that high quality, cost effective training is available and being delivered to meet needs of the industry. Quality of assessment is essential and in 2019 we identified that many assessments delivered over weekends/night had to been up to the required standard.
NSAR has made a commitment to be on-site for monitoring existing trainers and assessors, at both weekends and evenings and will ensure that companies do not get complacent when delivering events outside of office hours.
