NSAR Skills Intelligence Team hosted another successful training session for Network Rail, this time in Swindon. The session focused on the use of their bespoke Skills Intelligence Model (SIM) for strategic Workforce Planning.
The session covered the data structure of the tool, the functionality of each aspect and with the use of scenarios, how the output information can be translated into a cohesive workforce plan.
