Gender diversity is better for people, better for business and is better for rail

Women in Rail recently launched a mentoring  programme with 100 mentees inducted into the scheme. Powered by Moving Ahead, the programme will be a fantastic opportunity for continued professional development and to ensure mentees gain the necessary confidence and skills to enable them to strive in their roles.  For more information click here.
