NSAR has been re-awarded its ISO 44001 certification for Collaborative Business Relationships in a recent audit by BSI. ISO 44001 is the first international standard of its kind, and differs from other management system standards with its focus on driving organisational mind set and culture toward collaboration, rather than being a system designed to deliver contractual obligations.
Specifically noted was top management involvement, excellent internal and external examples of collaborative working, actions matched to delivery objectives and a clear link to the organisation’s strategy and the investment in the skills and competency of its people.
