NSAR had the honour of leading the workforce modelling process for both the offshore and onshore wind industries. Our team worked to collect workforce data, create future workforce outputs using a new methodology (feeding off of a power-based input), and led the writing of the Wind Industry Skills Intelligence Report 2025.
