We have extended the date for submission of Workforce Data Collection to the 28th January 2022. By contributing you will help us in updating and enhancing industry workforce information. In doing so, you will be directly supporting the Rail industry in understanding future and current skills shortages, enabling targeted investment, monitoring of progress, and informed workforce decisions.
Our main aims are to understand the numbers of people in the industry, what the age profile looks like, what the gender split is, where the workforce is situated and then, following some significant analysis of the future investment portfolio, how today’s workforce compares to tomorrow’s future need.
