The Edge Member Profile

NSAR member The Edge has had a busy few months. They’ve been chosen as New York Film & TV Festivals’ Production Company of the Year Worldwide for 2025. That makes it 18 out of the last 19 years they’ve now won this prestigious award!

The major contribution to this success came through their work with Network Rail. Their Non-Technical Skills series won Gold in Employee Engagement and Bronze in Attitudinal Training, while in Public Relations and Social Engagement, Every Second Counts won Silver, and Not Worth It won Bronze.

The Edge continue to innovate, especially in the training space. In collaboration with Lea Karam of Mindscope, a leading voice in Behavioural Science, they’ve developed a white paper, ‘This time it’s Personal: how Behavioural Science makes Learning stick’, which explores:

 

  • Emerging insights that can make training more personal, persuasive and effective
  • The hooks that drive engagement and action – backed by psychological science
