What is the Learning Assurance Service?
Once your programme is approved, NSAR can be used to externally quality assure and certificate achievement on the programme. This begins to extend the independent verification of quality taking it from programme approval into the quality of your delivery practice.
The Learning Assurance Service is all about supporting your drive for continuous quality improvement through collaboration, facilitated self-reflection and independent scrutiny.
The Learning Assurance Service has been designed to ensure it:
NSAR will support you through the Learning Approval process by:
How does it work?
Once your training has been approved, we will discuss your ongoing assurance requirements and agree a calendar of assurance interventions with you. As a minimum, we would look to conduct an on-site observation of delivery and assessment and complete a desktop review of your internal quality assurance systems and their corresponding outcomes.
Extending beyond this, the scope of the assurance checks can be tailored to meet your individual and organisational requirements. You may wish to seek assurance and development for all of your trainers and assessors, extend the assurance into your organisational systems or want some additional advice or consultancy.
How much does it cost?
£750 per programme*
*Excluding VAT. This charge is in addition to the Learning Approval. Discounts for multiple programmes agreed by negotiation.
