We have a wealth of experience in working with educational providers and employers across the rail industry to help navigate complex bidding processes and maximise your chances of success.
Through the Readiness To Deliver service, NSAR can support you in your journey, providing an independent assessments of your existing policies, processes and systems. If you are looking to delivery apprenticeships within the rail industry, either directly or by setting yourself up as a subcontractor, you need to be on the Register of Apprenticeship Providers. Whilst we can’t guarantee approval first time round, we can help you in your journey.

You’ve built your provision, been approved to join the Register of Apprenticeship Providers, and now its time to deliver. All apprenticeship providers on the register will be subject to Ofsted inspection and, for many, this will be a new and nerve wracking prospect. NSAR’s Continuous Improvement in Delivery of Learning Intervention and Apprenticeships service can help you get it right.
The Learning Approval Service offers you the ability to independently measure the quality of your training materials against a set of independently created, industry supported, quality criteria. We will look to determine whether your provision is high quality, fit for purpose and represents good practice training.
Once your programme is approved, NSAR can externally quality assure and certificate achievement on the programme. This begins to extend the independent verification of quality, taking it from approval of your learning materials and into the quality of your delivery practice. The Learning Assurance Service is all about supporting your drive for continuous quality improvement through collaboration, facilitated self-reflection and independent scrutiny.
The Supplier Assurance Service is designed to take the pain out of supplier procurement, vetting and ongoing assurance. Employers will often need to contract with a range of educational providers, of all shapes and sizes, in order to provide their staff with the skills that they need to succeed, however it can be difficult to know which organisations you can trust and have quality at the heart of what they do. The Assured Supplier Service provides the confidence that you need, whilst freeing you up to focus on other things.
Aimed at providers who are at the start of their Ofsted journey. This needs to be seen as a supporting offering and it needs to be centred around the initial monitoring visit and the three key themes that Ofsted will be reviewing during this visit. Through the preparing for Ofsted, NSAR can support you in the initial Ofsted journey. From safeguarding requirements to the mentoring visit, NSAR can provide guidance to you of the necessary steps to take.
