The government’s plans to improve skills and productivity in England through Apprenticeships reform are well under way. These reforms are replacing the existing Apprenticeship frameworks with employer-defined Apprenticeship Standards. NSAR has been working with various transport and engineering trailblazers groups on the development of new rail and transport related apprenticeship standards and relevant end point assessment plans.
NSAR has an in-depth understanding of the current apprenticeships landscape, with a team of experts facilitating the design of the latest apprenticeship standards relevant for the rail sector and the wider transport industry. NSAR is supporting bus, coach, tram and rail employers in the development of new apprenticeship standards from Level 2 Operative to Level 7 Degree. The new apprenticeship standards will be more flexible and focused to address the current and future business needs and embrace the scale of technological and operational change faced by the transport industry.
