STAT launches Transport Infrastructure Skills Strategy: Three Years of progress Report

Yesterday evening NSAR attended the launch of the STAT Transport Infrastructure  Skills Strategy: Three Years of progress Report at the TFL Building above St James Park Station.

The evening celebrated the positive actions which have been taken by the transport sector to improve the both the profile and number of apprentices in the industry. Mike Brown (MVO) along with Nusrat Ghani MP (Under Parliamentary Secretary of State) gave keynote speeches and Katie Kelleher led an insightful Q&A Panel promoting the benefits and importance of employing Apprentices.

Finally, Sir Kenneth Olisa (Lord  Lieutenant of Greater London) gave a speech centred around the importance of change for business growth and maintaining competitive advantage.  The event was proceeded by a  networking session on the terrace which afforded all fantastic views of the London skyline.
