Don’t forgot that the NSAR Productivity, Skills and Technology Symposium takes place in just over 2 weeks and aims to tackle these three key factors in the context of the rail sector. Themes covered include:
- Human factors and non-technical skills
- Mental well-being and its link to productivity
- New technologies for rail employers
Our online services Skills Live and SkillsID will be available for demonstration. Skills Live uses video insights from young apprentices as a way to explain the skills required for different job roles in rail. SkillsID provides instant access an organisation’s training and competence records.
