Yesterday the NSAR Productivity, Skills & Technology Symposium took place at Crawley College Campus. The event tackled productivity, skills and technology in the context of the rail sector.
A demonstration of Skills Live (an online platform that uses video insights from young apprentices as a way to explain the skills required for different job roles in rail) enabled the delegates to gain an understanding of the potential uses of the platform.
Presentations delivered on the day are now available to download here:
- Introduction to human factors and non-technical skills
(By Mark Ballington – NSAR Head of Skills & Training)
- How our employee’s mental well-being is linked to productivity
(By Neil Franklin – NSAR Head of Skills Intelligence)
We look forward to hosting future events! Finally, congratulations to Crawley College on reaching it’s 60 year anniversary!
