As business becomes more complex there is a need for organisations and people to work together more closely to deliver value. This means that they must equip themselves with the right skills and behaviours to succeed. NSAR is committed to ensuring successful delivery of its objectives, whilst simultaneously protecting the interests of its members, clients and staff. Therefore, NSAR is transitioning from BS 11000:2010 to ISO 44001:2017 – the NEW International Standard for Collaborative Working.
The new standard is a roadmap for establishing and managing collaborative relationships with suppliers, customers, partners and internal departments for mutual benefit. NSAR will apply the principles of the standard consistently documenting its approach so that it can be audited and certified. The ambition is to achieve an organisational culture in which business relationships are truly collaborative.
