We are delighted to announce official confirmation of our partnership agreement between the National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR) and Whole Life Consultants Ltd (WLC Ltd) to pursue mutually beneficial commercial opportunities going forward.
NSAR’s Chief Executive, Neil Robertson and Head of Skills Intelligence, Neil Franklin recently met with WLC Ltd Director, Doug Forbes, to sign a memorandum of understanding.
NSAR and WLC Ltd will now utilise one or more of their specialist skills in order to capitalise on commercial opportunities. This may include labour and skills forecasting modelling and studies, productivity assessments, development of apprenticeships and assessment plans, apprenticeship services, whole life costing, and industry research regarding skills and capabilities.
The MoU builds upon an existing, successful relationship that has delivered several skills forecasting studies for major organisations.
Neil Robertson, NSAR Chief Executive said, “We are looking forward to the future as this new venture not only pools and combines high quality skills and expertise, but will undoubtably assist both our organisations in fulfilling our strategic objectives, not to mention the overall benefit to our respective industries.”
Professor Malcolm Horner, Chairman of WLC Ltd, said “The signing of a memorandum of understanding allows two organisations who are applying pioneering and innovative approaches in the construction and rail sectors to formally work together. Our combined offering is greater than the sum of our parts thereby allowing clients, industry partners and government to benefit from a wealth of experience and cutting-edge research.”
