NSAR’s Skills Live continues to gain momentum as yesterday we met with a group of students at Conel College to generate video content for the unique skills platform. The students met with an Apprentice from Transport for London to get an insight into the skills and behaviours required to work in their role.
“It was great to see, and capture on film the interaction between the TfL Apprentice and students. Using this approach we hope to generate even more video content that will help to inspire other young people to consider careers in rail”.
Sharman Cunningham, NSAR Project Manager
We continue to work with our partners including TFL, Network Rail and Go-Ahead with the aim to change the narrative concerning careers in rail.
